Abstract

In this interview, you will hear from Dr. Laura Harrison, a professor of Gender and Women’s Studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and Tahmina Sobat, a graduate student who created a collaborative podcast in one of Dr. Harrison’s classes. The podcast highlighted diverse activists’ stories of organizing during the pandemic. Meanwhile, the project helped students connect to each other and community members, learn new technical and project management skills, and recognize their role as knowledge creators.
