JJ Pionke interviews James and Lucy Catchpole about their children’s books, including their co-authored You’re SO Amazing! and their co-edited anthology Owning It: Our Disabled Childhoods in Our Own Words, as well as James’s book What Happened to You? and Lucy’s book Mama Car. They also talk about their respective mobility disabilities, their experiences as disabled parents, and their thoughts on disability exceptionalism.
