Understanding Reading Research
Abstract
You cannot make research say anything you want it to. Doing a study is different from conducting research. Collecting data is not research. I have found no research to support Orton-Gillingham or the Wilson Reading methods. This short video examines what is and is not research as it relates to reading instruction.
