Abstract
MSW graduates wishing to pursue a license from the MN Board of Social Work will need to document all supervision received during their first 4000 of practice. The following document provides the student with an opportunity to evaluate preparedness for supervision sessions and an opportunity to learn a method of recording supervision meetings.
