Abstract
A study investigated how school librarians rate the major vendors of automation systems. Participants were 1,572 building-level media specialists and district-level media supervisors. The results reveal that, in general, the librarians are satisfied with their automation systems, plan to continue purchasing upgrades, and believe that the basic features offered by their systems are doing their job. In addition, the results reveal that most librarians would purchase the same brand again.
