Graduate Online Symposium: Showcasing Research, Scholarly, and Creative Activities (Conferences and Events)

Starting in 2017 and sponsored by the College of Graduate Studies and Research, the Graduate Online Symposium is an opportunity for graduate students at Minnesota State University, Mankato to give a brief presentation about their research and creative activities. Rather than presenting at a conference on campus, these digital presentations will be made available online through Cornerstone and will preserve a record of the scholarship and creative activities of the University’s masters and doctoral candidates.

Scholars at Work Conference (Conferences and Events)

The Scholars at Work conference is a one-day, peer-reviewed academic conference showcasing the teaching, research, and creative works of the Minnesota State Mankato community. Faculty and graduate students are encouraged to collaborate and to share their research interests and findings with the community. The conferences is an opportunity to learn more about the exciting intellectual work happening all around us at Minnesota State University and to create networking opportunities that may lead to future collaborations and innovations.

Undergraduate Research Symposium (Conferences and Events)

This collection contains student and faculty scholarship from Minnesota State University, Mankato's annual Undergraduate Research Symposium. The Undergraduate Research Symposium, in its 24th year, has been a showcase to celebrate undergraduate scholarship and creative activities.

The symposium is designed to acquaint undergraduates with the process and rigors of presenting research in a scholarly manner in an academic setting. This collection contains work that has been presented at the symposium orally, in poster presentation format, or, as part of a creative exhibit.

We congratulate undergraduate students for their commitment to scholarship and celebrate the dedication of faculty mentors who ensure the projects in this collection were realized.
