Location

Start Date

End Date

Description

I will share my experience of launching a series of research projects during my sabbatical leave. I will discuss challenges of being a self-starter and self-motivator when creating a new, previously nonexistent database and will outline the major outcomes and rewards of this process. My experience and advice can be very beneficial for those academics in early stages of their career who feel overwhelmed with their significant teaching duties and often times, give up on advancing their research potential. Nothing is impossible is the main theme of my presentation.
