Dr. Lloyd Burgess Sharp, pre-eminent pioneer of outdoor education, was a prolific writer, speechmaker, poet, interviewee, radio guest, and tenacious advocate of outdoor education. This edited volume, The Collective Works of Lloyd Burgess Sharp, contains dozens of his publications and transcripts from his many speaking appearances. These works span the years throughout his career, from the completion of his doctoral dissertation in 1929 through to his unexpected passing in 1963. The Collective Works eBook is intended to be an on-going project, and therefore its inception year of 2016 is only the beginning. It is hoped that readers will continue to revisit and enjoy the project to learn more about the many contributions of L.B. Sharp over time.
