Description
On-call services and crisis intervention programs allow mental health professions to provide emergency care to patients after working-hours. The purpose of this descriptive study was to assess potential differences in the on-call training received by professionals who provide after-hours crisis interventions. A mail survey was administered to licensed psychologists throughout the state of Minnesota asking participants to comment on their educational experiences.
