Description

Today's society is all about the highest means of proficiency. For any type of corporation, it is imperative that they achieve this in order to bring in more revenue and create a profit. Businesses would not be able to function without their employees, and it has shown in research that workers will put in more effort, leading to higher overall job performance, when they feel satisfied with their job. In order for companies to serve well, they need to put their employees' opinions at the forefront.

Evidence will be collected from different sources to provide conclusive statements upon the relationship between employee satisfaction and job performance, and effective ways to encourage employees in the workplace. By implementing these methods, corporations can increase their retention rates and focus on the work at hand while decreasing the amount of money that must be put into recruiting and training new members when dissatisfied employees do not meet their job requirements or choose to leave.
