Abstract
The construct for this presentation is family caregiving. Family caregiving is grounded in and aimed at the support that family members can provide emotionally, physically, financially, and spiritually to their loved ones, especially in the face of adversity and illness. It is important to have family there for each other in the hard times and the good times. Caregiving is important to make your loved ones feel valuable while they may be declining. Throughout the challenging times, one can still be learning new ways and finding out how to cope. The purpose of the presentation is to show how family caregiving is important to families and how early-onset Alzheimer's can affect the family as a unit.
