Abstract
The article comments on the paper "Close Encounter of the Facial Kind," by Frederick Malmstrom published in the Vol. 11 No. 4. Malmstrom argues that the consistency of alien facial features maybe that abductees are drawing upon the influence of an inborn female prototypical face template. He notes that the majority of abductees recall their abduction through hallucination or while under the influence of regression therapy.
